CONGRATS new Barre teacher grads!!

Beach Barre PR's 3rd group teacher training is taking place early THIS November! In this 5-day 35 hour in-person intensive, you'll learn the key foundations to a barre class and how to structure your own classes. In addition to learning queuing, dialogue, adjustments, and more, we'll dive into anatomy, breath work, and the theory behind the exercises we do in class as well as how to integrate props safely into your combinations and exercises. Pilates and Yoga elements are also brought into this training to make it a very well rounded in depth experience. Learn to build and teach your own Barre classes in a safe and supportive way for all peoples and levels.

PREREQUISITE: You must take 10 barre classes prior to the start of the training. These can be done at any barre studio or gym or with Beach Barre PR.

DATES: November Sunday 2nd - Thursday 6th

TIMES: Barre class everyday 8-9am Then we work on the curriculum from 9:30am - 2pm

COST: $675
